
At Conzultup India Service Private Limited (operating as “ConsultUp India”), we strive to provide transparent, high-quality business consultation, compliance, and funding advisory services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves dedicated professional time, intellectual property sharing, and government fees, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy.
All professional fees, subscription charges for structured advisory programs (e.g., Grant Starter Plan, Pre-Incubation Plan, The Incubation Plan, The Incubation Pro +, and The Accelerator Plan), and service charges are generally non-refundable.
Once a payment is made and our team begins processing your request, document drafting, or consultation, the fee is considered fully earned.
Before Service Initiation: If you request a cancellation before our team has commenced any work, drafted any documents, or initiated any filings, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Such refunds will be subject to a deduction of payment gateway processing fees and an administrative charge.
After Service Initiation: Once work has commenced, or if advisory frameworks, templates, or pitch decks have been shared with you, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
For services requiring government registrations (e.g., Company Incorporation, GST Registration, MSME/Udyam, DPIIT Recognition), any government fees, stamp duties, or third-party vendor payments made on your behalf are strictly non-refundable.
ConsultUp India provides expert preparatory and advisory services; however, the final approval of any government registration, certification, grant, or funding rests solely with the respective regulatory authority, incubator, or financial institution.
No Refunds for Rejections: If an application (e.g., a grant proposal, funding request, or government registration) is delayed, put on hold, or rejected by the issuing authority due to reasons beyond our control (such as policy changes, client ineligibility, or lack of supporting documentation from the client), ConsultUp India will not refund the professional fees charged for the preparation and submission of the application.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your service agreement without a refund if:
You fail to provide accurate, required documentation in a timely manner.
You provide fraudulent, misleading, or falsified information.
There is a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
You become unresponsive to our team’s communication for a period exceeding 30 days.
In the rare event that a refund is explicitly approved in writing by authorized ConsultUp India management:
Refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days from the date of approval.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account) used during the transaction.
