Refund Policy

At ConsultUp India, we are committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to your startup and business growth requirements. We believe in maintaining transparency and accountability in all our dealings. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms under which refunds may be applicable.

1. General Policy

All fees paid towards our services are considered non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of engagement. This includes—but is not limited to—processing fees, consultation charges, application filing fees, and service retainers.

2. Scope-Based Deliverables

Refunds are not applicable for services where scope and timelines have been mutually agreed upon and work has commenced. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Pitch Deck Creation

  • Financial Projections & Reports

  • Funding Consultation

  • Government Grant Filings

  • Startup Certifications (e.g., DPIIT, 80-IAC)

  • Business Registration or Compliance Services

Once any stage of the agreed scope is initiated by our team, the associated payments shall stand as earned.

3. Processing Fee and Onboarding Charges

Onboarding and administrative charges are collected in advance to allocate internal resources and time. These are non-refundable, even if the client decides to discontinue after engagement has begun.

4. Refunds in Case of Ineligible Applications

If a specific service includes a refund clause for ineligibility (e.g., for government certification or grant services), it must be explicitly documented in the Service Agreement signed at the time of onboarding. In such cases:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative or legal documentation charges.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 10 days of formal communication regarding ineligibility.

5. No-Show or Unresponsive Clients

Clients who do not respond, provide necessary documentation, or delay the process beyond 15 working days without prior intimation shall not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to mark such projects as inactive.

6. Service Disruption or Technical Errors

In rare instances where services are not delivered due to internal error or technical failure on our end, a partial refund or credit adjustment may be considered. Each such case will be reviewed by our internal management team.

7. Timeline for Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment. Any bank charges, transaction costs, or platform commissions (if applicable) will be deducted.

8. Dispute Resolution

All refund-related concerns must be submitted in writing to support@consultupindia.com. If not resolved mutually, the matter will be subject to jurisdiction under Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
