2. Scope of Services
ConsultUp India provides consultancy services for startups, MSMEs, and enterprises, including but not limited to:
Government grant and scheme advisory
Equity and debt-based funding consultation
Pitch deck and financial documentation preparation
Valuation, due diligence, and investor readiness support
Our role is strictly consultative. Final funding approvals, disbursements, and third-party decisions (incubators, investors, NBFCs, VCs, etc.) are outside our control and responsibility.
3. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to engage in business consultancy agreements. For funding-related services, startups must meet specific eligibility criteria as per the scheme or funding institution.
4. Payment Terms
All fees for services (including onboarding, documentation, or success-based charges) are as communicated via email or proposal and agreed upon in writing.
ConsultUp India reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice for future services.
Payments made via our website are processed securely through our payment gateway.
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
5. Confidentiality
ConsultUp India maintains strict confidentiality of all client data, documents, and business plans. Information shared with us will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s written consent, except as required by law or necessary to fulfill service obligations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and deliverables provided by ConsultUp India are proprietary. Clients may not reuse, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of our documents, frameworks, or brand assets without written permission
7. Third-Party Services
ConsultUp India may refer or collaborate with third-party platforms (such as incubators, investors, or government agencies). We are not liable for any decision, delay, or outcome determined by such third parties. Engagement with them is subject to their own terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
ConsultUp India is not liable for any financial loss, funding rejections, business disruptions, or indirect damages arising out of the use of our services. We do not guarantee funding or scheme approvals as these are subject to external evaluations.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in ahmedbad .
