Disclaimer: Our role is strictly consultative and preparatory. Final funding approvals, government registration issuance, grant disbursements, and third-party decisions (made by incubators, investors, NBFCs, VCs, or government registries) are entirely outside our control and responsibility.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding business consultancy agreements. For funding-related services and specific government schemes, startups must independently meet the eligibility criteria defined by the respective scheme, regulatory body, or funding institution.
All fees for services (including onboarding, documentation, structured plans, or success-based charges) will be communicated via proposal, invoice, or secure payment link, and must be agreed upon prior to service initiation.
Processing: Payments made via our website or shared links are processed securely through our designated third-party payment gateways.
Revisions: ConsultUp India reserves the right to revise pricing for future services or plans without prior notice.
Refunds: All payments are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by authorized ConsultUp India personnel.
ConsultUp India maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client data, documents, intellectual property, and business plans. Information shared with us will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s written consent, except where required by law, regulatory compliance, or as strictly necessary to fulfill our service obligations with verified partners.
All original content, materials, frameworks, templates, website copy, and deliverables provided by ConsultUp India remain our proprietary intellectual property. Clients may not reuse, reproduce, distribute, or share any part of our documents, frameworks, or brand assets for commercial purposes outside of our direct engagement without prior written permission.
ConsultUp India may refer clients to, or collaborate with, third-party platforms, legal partners, incubators, investors, or government agencies. We assume no liability for any decision, delay, rejection, or outcome determined by such third parties. Any engagement with a third party is subject to that entity’s own terms, conditions, and processing timelines.
ConsultUp India, including its directors, employees, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, financial loss, funding rejections, or business disruptions arising out of the use of our services. We do not guarantee funding, grant approvals, or immediate regulatory clearances, as these are entirely subject to external evaluations and government processing times.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site or our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
